Kat has been working with Fishguard Chiropractic Clinic since 2008. She is a Yoga and Pilates teacher as well as a running coach and uses her unique knowledge of the body in her restorative massage and sports massage work. She first started practising yoga and pilates as part of her daily training as a dancer and physical theatre practitioner over 15 years ago. She qualified in Pilates with Pilates Precision and later trained with Sun Power Yoga to become a yoga teacher. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and has been teaching for 8 years.

As a very keen surfer and a multi-terrain runner on courses from 5km to Ultra-Marathon distances, she began to appreciate how yoga and pilates helped her physically – protecting her back and keeping her body feeling balanced and then the spiritual sense of well being.
